Service Description
** This special rate applies only when the bride is also booked with us AND a minimum of 3 wedding attendees are booked (MOB, MOG, bridesmaids, etc.). If either requirement is not met, our standard rate applies. Transform your bridal party look with a professional makeup application by our team artists. This service includes a personalized skin care application and skin preparation to ensure a flawless finish. They'll also receive false eyelashes to complete the look and a sample size lip color to use throughout the day.
Cancellation Policy
Tardiness: a. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the service will be shortened accordingly. Cancellation & Rescheduling: a. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice prior to booked appointment will be eligible for a credit towards a future booking, subject to availability. b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. c. Failure to show up to the booked appointment without contacting Lucrezia Mapelli will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service price. d. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked appointment and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled bookings. If the makeup artist (Lucrezia Mapelli) cancels at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded by electronic payment within two (2) weeks. The Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the amount paid is the only liability to Lucrezia Mapelli Makeup Artist, LLC.
