Cancellation Policy

Appointment Duration: Each client appointment for the Base Match Magic with Mirabella event is scheduled for a duration of 20 minutes. Punctuality: We kindly request all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Our team is committed to providing you with the best experience during your base matching session, and adhering to the allocated time ensures that each client receives personalized attention. Late Arrival Policy: Please note that tardiness will impact the duration of your appointment. If a client arrives late, the scheduled 20-minute base match session may need to be shortened to accommodate other appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the event's smooth flow. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list for appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in limitations on future bookings.
