Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. The full payment will be applied to your new session. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive a credit for the full amount, which can be used toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. NO-SHOWS Failure to show up for your scheduled time without notice will result in a 100% charge with no credit issued. ARRIVAL & GRACE PERIOD A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund, depending on availability. END OF SESSION Your rental includes only the time booked. You are expected to vacate the station promptly at the end of your reserved time to allow for the next booking. Additional time must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. By booking a Beauty Station, you agree to this policy.
