Service Description
Experience your perfect bridal look with Lucrezia’s Bridal Makeup Application (DEMO). This personalized session is designed to bring your wedding day vision to life, allowing you to see, refine, and perfect every detail of your look. We recommend booking your demo 3–6 months prior to your wedding date to ensure ample time for any adjustments. Please note that booking a demo does NOT secure your wedding day reservation. **Appointment times may be adjusted based on availability. A Sunday appointment add-on is required for Sunday bookings**
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice prior to booked appointment will be eligible for a credit towards a future booking, subject to availability. b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or 50% charge of the scheduled service price. c. Failure to show up to the booked appointment without contacting Lucrezia Mapelli will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service price. d. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked appointment and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled bookings. If the makeup artist (Lucrezia Mapelli) cancels at any time or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the retainer paid will be refunded by check or electronic payment within two (2) weeks. The Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the retainer is the only liability to Lucrezia Mapelli Makeup Artist, LLC.
